Using my gentle EASE Approach, we focus on understanding your unique challenges, building practical strategies, and creating systems that genuinely work for you.
 

This is a supportive, non-judgemental space with no pressure and no “one-size-fits-all” solutions—just practical tools, compassionate support, and gentle accountability tailored to your life and the way your brain works.
 

A formal diagnosis isn’t required. If you recognise ADHD traits in yourself and want things to feel different, you’re in the right place.

The Programme

I recommend starting with a 6-session coaching programme, as this gives you the time and structure needed to build momentum and create meaningful, lasting progress.

While individual sessions are always available, many clients find that working together over several weeks helps them feel more supported, confident, and in control over time.
