About me

Hello, I'm Helen.

For over 30 years, I've had the privilege of supporting children, young people and families across the NHS, Children's Services and primary schools. Today, I continue to work closely with children and families in school settings, providing emotional and practical support to help them navigate everyday challenges.

Alongside my professional experience, I am a Deputy Safeguarding Lead, hold an enhanced DBS, and am trained as an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA).

As both a parent and a qualified ADHD Coach, I understand that every family is different. My own experience of parenting a son with ADHD has given me valuable insight into the challenges many families face, alongside the joys and strengths that every child brings.

Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of parents, and one thing has become clear: there is no such thing as the "perfect" parent. Sometimes, we all need someone to listen, offer guidance, and help us find practical ways forward.

My coaching provides a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, build confidence in your parenting, and discover strategies that work for your family. Whether you're looking for general parenting support or guidance around ADHD, my aim is to help you feel more confident, connected and equipped for family life.
